Welcome to Blackberry Farm Lane. We are a family owned guest house and event destination located on Blackberry Farm Lane so named because of memories of picking buckets of blackberries along a rural lane with Momma Nellie. We love this place and put lots of tender loving care into making this a home not just a house. We hope you love it too, and invite you to feel welcome and right at home.
We take care to honor the family farm of yesteryear with our unique and personal touches to the property.
Blackberry Farm Lane is located just 10 minutes from downtown Charleston in a lovely rural setting. The property is located at the intersection of Mink Shoals Branch and Crestwood Roads in the Mink Shoals area of Charleston, West Virginia. (Blackberry Farm Lane was formerly called Windover Way and may still appear as such on some GPS systems.)
Available for overnight or weekly stays, weddings, reunions, daily events, parties, showers, luncheons, family retreats, girlfriend getaways, corporate rental or events and more.
Conveniently located off of I-79, the Blackberry Farm Guest House is a family oriented cottage with 4 bedrooms that sleeps 12 plus a full size crib and a baby cradle.
